Praise be to Jesus! Borgfield Road has been blessed with a culinary revelation—a true Mexican food treasure that’s been long overdue in this area. I had the pleasure of indulging in the Pastor Quesadilla, and let me tell you, it was a divine experience. The flavors were so perfectly balanced, I half expected the heavens to open up and offer a standing ovation. As for the hot sauces, each one was more authentic than the last, turning every bite into a spicy celebration of Mexican cuisine. It’s clear this place isn’t just here to serve; it’s here to take over Borgfield, and I’m not just excited—I’m already planning my next visit. If they keep this up, I might just move in next door!

A good friend put us onto this food truck, and wow… they weren’t lying . Even from their pictures you can tell the food is made with love and super fresh. And yeah, sometimes food looks better than it tastes — but tonight everything matched perfectly . My spouse had been craving a breakfast burrito since yesterday, so that’s exactly what she ordered . Didn’t expect them to still be doing breakfast later in the day, but it’s on the menu and they came through big time. You never know when that breakfast craving hits lol . I ordered the Mini Tacos (Bistec/Asada — 5 per order) plus a Campenchano burrito. Not sure the difference between Campenchana/Campenchano but whatever version they cook here is straight-up fire . The owner was super friendly and welcoming , and everything was cooked fresh right in front of us — bistec, bacon, eggs, all of it hitting the grill fresh. And they had our whole order out in under 10 minutes . We’ve driven by many times and usually see cars around the truck , but today we caught them at the perfect time . We live about 20–30 minutes away and the food was STILL hot when we got home — and you could actually taste how fresh everything was . The homemade salsas were on point: Red – Medium/Hot Avocado – Medium/Hot Verde – Mild All three paired perfectly with everything we got . My spouse didn’t share her burrito (lol ) but she tore it up, so I know it was amazing. My Campenchano burrito was half bistec / half al pastor with a little pineapple . I’m usually not big on pineapple inside burritos, but they only add a few small pieces so it didn’t overpower the flavor. The bistec was super soft — not chewy — which tells you the cook really knows what he’s doing . The Mini Tacos though… man… 10/10 . Fresh tortillas, soft, con todo (onions, grilled onions, cilantro) . No complaints at all. I wanted Tripas too but they were sold out (weekends only), so next time I’m pulling up earlier . Menu isn’t huge, but everything on it looks solid. Next time I’m definitely trying their sopes, gorditas, and tacos dorados . Overall, amazing experience for both of us — and my spouse is a picky eater, so that says a lot . Big shoutout to the owners… y’all are doing something special out here. Keep up the great food & great service . We’ll 100% be back!

We just moved to the area a few months ago and have been trying to find real authentic Mexican food and this food truck answered our prayers! It was so good! Highly recommend their tacos and sopes. They tasted like the ones back home in Mexico. We’ll def be back!

Food was awesome! I placed an order for 9 people so I got to try the burrito, the quesadillas, the sincronizadas, and the mini tacos. Everything was so good. I will be trying their breakfast next week and will definitely be back for dinner in the near future. Wait was normal (especially for 9 orders) and they give you a buzzer so you can sit in your car until it’s ready. Cook and prep area (I peeked inside) is satisfyingly clean. Verified hours on Google are correct and only time they anticipate being closed is during the time of year fireworks are sold. Entrance and exit can be a little dicey depending on the time of day, but that’s pretty much all direct entrances and exits between county line and north of Hwy 46.

I wish there was a fan in the seating area but other than that, this food is 10/10. I ordered the bistec and al pastor mini tacos. The meat was juicy, flavorful and fresh. The tortillas were delicious and the salsas were hot. My husband ordered the burrito and his beans tasted homemade. I’m going to tell everyone about this place.
